The college has a separate Career Development and Placement Cell which is an integral part of the college. It ensures and takes care to provide the best arrangements for placing its students in premier institutions. It also conducts training programs for the students to enable them to face interviews. The Placement Cell remains in constant touch with the prospective employers to intimate their human resource requirement. On learning the requirements, a mutually agreeable date is fixed for holding interview at the college campus and the candidates are guided and trained for the demonstrations and interviews. During the last couple of years, four on campus placement interviews were conducted by the various schools from and outside the city. Since the inception of the placement cell a good number of students have secured jobs in various educational institutions. Many students have been benefitted through the placement cell by means of their recommendations to various institutions. The request for the teachers is received telephonically or through personal contact. The college takes a prompt action to place its students by contacting them on phone and informing them about the place and time of interview
The Office of Placement Cell is dedicated to providing support to the academic mission of Our College. Throughout the year, our career counsellor host several workshops to guide you through the career development process. Workshop topics include Resume and Cover Letter Writing, CV and Cover Letter Writing Job Search/Networking/Social Media, General interviewing, Salary Negotiation, Career Fair Prep, Resume and Cover Letter Writing
The College offers specialized programs such as career panels, networking events (e.g., Meet the Schools Heads) and on-campus interviews.
These forums allow employers (Principals of Schools) to discuss their organizations and employment opportunities with prospective candidates
Each year we host a number of career fairs in the College (Education Career Fair) designed to help College students and alumni find jobs and internships
College Placement Cell welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with all College Student on career focused programs, events and workshops. These partnerships benefit both Placement Cell and the student as it enhances development of creative programming that bridges academic training with career readiness preparing College students to enter a new field, advance within their current profession, or change directions. Furthermore, it creates an opportunity to share the tasks associated with hosting events, thereby enabling both parties to do more programming over the course of the academic year.

KanhiyaLalYadav who fought for India’s Freedom in the leadership of Sh. SubhashChander Bose in Indian National Army in Freedom Movement. He also worked for the cause of his fellow worker as a President and General Secretary of The Delhi Private Motor Union.
